Shipping and Delivery Policy
The short version
- Elves Builder is software and an online service. We do not ship any physical goods.
- The plugin downloads instantly. After you pay, your licence key appears on screen straight away.
- There are no shipping or delivery charges.
1. What you receive
You receive the Elves Builder WordPress plugin (a download) and access to the hosted service that connects your AI assistant to the Elementor editor. Nothing is posted or couriered, so no delivery address is needed.
2. When you receive it
- The plugin: available to download immediately from the home page. You do not need to pay or sign up to download it.
- A paid plan: as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, a page shows your licence key (once). Paste it into the plugin under Elves Builder, Plan & billing, and your plan switches on. Razorpay emails you the receipt. You do not need to install anything new.
If the page does not show your key, or you lose it, email us from the address you paid with and we will issue a new one.
3. If something does not arrive
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, or the download does not work, email support@elvesbuilder.com with the email address you paid with and your site address. We will fix it or refund you under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Charges
There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges. The price you see for a plan is the price of the plan; applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
